Testing Terms
Version 2026-11-06 · Last updated 6 November 2026
These are the terms for testing Audibridge before its public release.
1. Who we are and what this is
Audibridge is operated by Mark Edwards, a sole trader in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (“we”, “us”). These terms cover pre-release testing of Audibridge: the website, the account portal, the Audibridge Studio app and plugins, and the session and Companion pages (together, “Audibridge”).
By ticking the box when you first sign in, or when you first join a session, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Audibridge.
2. Pre-release software
Audibridge is a test version. That means:
- features may change or be removed without notice;
- it may be unavailable at times, and it may have bugs;
- recordings, sessions, markers, transcripts and other data may be lost or reset.
Don’t rely on Audibridge as your only copy of anything important. Keep your own recordings of anything you need.
3. No charge during testing
Testing credits are given free, at our discretion. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred outside your accounts except as Audibridge itself allows, and may be adjusted or removed when testing ends.
Nothing is charged unless you separately agree to buy credits, on the terms shown to you at checkout.
4. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means information about Audibridge that isn’t public and that you get through testing — for example unreleased features, designs, screens, pricing, performance, plans and roadmaps — and anything we tell you is confidential.
You agree to:
- use Confidential Information only to test Audibridge and give us feedback;
- not disclose it to anyone, except people in your own organisation who need it for testing and are bound by obligations like these;
- not publish screenshots, recordings, reviews, benchmarks or descriptions of unreleased features without our written OK (an email from us is fine);
- take reasonable care to protect it.
This section doesn’t cover information that:
- is or becomes public through no fault of yours;
- you already knew before you got it from us;
- you develop independently, without using ours; or
- you must disclose by law — but tell us first, where you’re allowed to.
These obligations continue for 2 years after your access to Audibridge testing ends, whether you stop or we end it.
Your session content — your audio, video, chat and recordings — is yours, and is not our Confidential Information. How we handle it is covered by our Privacy Statement.
5. Acceptable use
When you use Audibridge, please:
- only invite people to sessions you’re entitled to run or share;
- only stream or record material you have the rights to;
- not try to break it, overload it, reverse-engineer it for competitive purposes, or get around its access controls — if you find a security problem, we’d be grateful to hear about it at support@audibridge.com;
- comply with the law.
6. Your content
You keep all rights in the content you bring to Audibridge. You give us permission to host, transmit, process and store it only so we can run the service, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Statement. We look at your content only when we need to, to support you or fix a problem.
7. Feedback
We’re grateful for suggestions and feedback. If you give us some, we can use it freely, without any obligation to you.
8. Our liability
Audibridge is provided “as is”, for testing. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or recordings, and our total liability to you is limited to AUD 100 or, if we choose, supplying the service again.
9. Ending
You can stop testing at any time. We can end your access at any time, with notice where that’s practicable. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after testing ends.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using Audibridge. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
