Questions

What uses credits?

A session in use: the studio sending, or a collaborator or the engineer working in it. 6 credits for every 15 minutes, plus the recorder and the transcriber when they are on. Reserving a session is free, and so is a parked one.

Is there a daily cap?

No. Every 15 minutes costs the same, all day. Bigger packs bring the price per credit down instead.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy never expire, the emergency buffer included, and are not refundable for money. The free credits a new account starts with last 90 days.

What happens when we run out?

A session is never stopped in the middle of a block it has paid for. Auto-reload or the emergency buffer keeps it going; without them, it is parked when its block ends, with nothing lost. A new session needs one block's worth of credits outside the buffer to go live.

Can I get an invoice for my client?

Yes. Every purchase has an invoice addressed to your company, with your tax ID and a reference you choose, such as a PO number. Your statement lists every session's credits, with its client and project, and a CSV to attach.
